Video of factory transformation

Once an old metal factory, home to noisy heavy machinery, the brief of this project was to transform this former metalworks, whilst retaining the building’s history and heritage, into the head office for an international renowned literary agency.

The project took nine months from initial concept to completion transforming the 3000 square foot workspace in central London into a series of eclectic spaces that open up as you progress through the building. The Factory has been zoned into five distinct areas incorporating private meeting pods, flexible working stations as well as communal spaces accommodating up to 25 employees.

The Factory is warm, with overtones of deep green, and undertones of mushroom, off-whites and metal, resulting in a harmonious blend of Mid-Century Modern and industrial chic embracing the historical fabric of the building whilst creating a modern space that inspires and captivates.
