Update 3.10.2021 - Max Buston Design is looking for interior design assistants and FF&E assistants to join its studio and shop in Richmond. The roles are part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate. The studio is based in the prestigious 15 Richmond Hill, Richmond, TW10 6RE.
The shop is also looking for a design assistant to assist on Saturdays
Your role
You will play an integral part to this expanding studio, that requires initiative and versatility. You will assist throughout the whole design process from concept to installation, and all workings of an interior design studio, from drawings, FF&E, ordering samples and office admin. A main focus will be AutoCad drawings and photoshop visualisations. You will also assist the workings of the luxury shop on an ad hoc basis.
Skills required:
one to two years’ industry experience
ability to work with others and independently with your own initiative
excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
adept use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign essential
industry experience in FF&E advantageous
excellent presentation skills, organisation and time management
Salary is dependent on experience.
