Max Buston Design is looking for an experienced FF&E Coordinator to join its expanding studio and luxury showroom in London. The role is full-time.
The studio occupies the top floor of the prestigious 15 Richmond Hill, Richmond, TW10 6RE. The showroom is on the ground and lower ground floors and include an infusion of exclusive textiles, porcelain and silverware.
Your role:
You will play an integral part to this fast-paced studio, that requires initiative and versatility. You will coordinate and manage the procurement of furnishings for an array of projects; the projects vary in scale and style.
The main focus will be on FF&E schedules and procurement, but you will also assist the workings of the studio, from clients visiting the showroom, ordering of samples to the installation of the finished interior.
Skills required:
one to two years’ industry experience in FF&E, excel schedules and procurement is essential
ability to work with others and independently with your own initiative
excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is advantageous
excellent presentation skills, organisation and time management
salary is dependent on experience
